Service Description

This class is for girls aged 5 to 11. In this class the children continue to work on a variety of skills from all Gym Sports (disciplines) including Rhythmic, Acrobatic, Trampoline, MAG and WAG. The classes lead on from the foundation skills already developed in Stage 1 and Stage 2. These classes are designed around the four F's. Fun, Friendship, Fitness and Foundation Skills.
