Service Description

This class is designed for all entry level gymnast regardless of age, sex and ability. From here we can assess their skill level, maturity and class presence to determine the best fit if they need to move into another class. This class focus on introducing the basic gymnastic concepts and equipment. Building familiarity with basic foundation skills the game element is inclusive in this class focusing on the four F's of Gymnastic. Fun, Friendship, Foundation and Fitness.
